Since starting in the financial services industry in January 1991, Peter has worked in various roles, from administration to technical paraplanning and advice, including holistic work for several IFAs.
Peter established PJM Paraplanning and Consultancy Services Ltd in 2017 and uses his knowledge and expertise to support other financial advisers. Primarily helping with report writing on technical cases such as final salary transfers, his qualifications include:

Emma joined the company in 2017 as Office Manager. She is also involved with administrative duties for the company. Her hobbies include swimming and walking her dog, and she enjoys taking holidays in the countryside with her family.
Laura started in the financial services industry in 1996. Starting as a Customer Services Adviser in a small building society, she became a personal assistant to the Head of Financial Services at a local solicitor’s practice in 2001, later progressing to become an Independent Financial Adviser.
After 10 years working as a Financial Adviser, she decided to reduce her working hours and move to a Financial Planning Technician role within a large business in 2012, where she met Peter Mason. When she learned that PJM Paraplanning and Consultancy Services Ltd was recruiting a Paraplanner, she jumped at the opportunity to focus more on report writing.
With a good understanding of pensions, investments, inheritance tax planning, and taxation, Laura has CII qualifications to the level of Advanced Diploma. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her four grandchildren. She also enjoys making celebration cakes and visiting National Trust properties.
Involved in the financial services industry for more than three decades, Neil has gained a vast experience in all aspects of the industry as a consultant and business owner. He has achieved a CII Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, as well as the 350 credits required for Fellowship status. As a paraplanner, his areas of expertise are pension transfers and IHT planning. In his spare time, he is a keen motorcyclist who holds a season ticket at Leicester City FC.
Sarah has worked as a paraplanner alongside several experienced Chartered Financial Planners since completing her BA (Hons) degree in Business Management at Leeds Metropolitan University in 2010. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, going for walks with her two dachshunds, and family time with her partner and 1-year-old son, Theo.
